Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Operations Manager to join our team at Konecranes. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and management accounting support to our business leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the country area management team to ensure finance-related issues are considered in local decision-making.
- Provide financial analysis and reporting to support business leaders in making informed decisions.
- Prepare and analyze reports on customer, project, product, and agreement profitability.
- Develop and implement financial plans, forecasts, and budgets to drive business growth.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, process improvement, and best equipment utilization.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, instructions, and guidelines in financial, legal, and IT matters.
- Conduct local audits of Service locations and report findings and recommendations to management.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of progressive experience in preparatory accounting, financial analysis, and/or Controller positions in a Service environment.
- Strong knowledge of SAP, Siebel, or large ERP systems.
- CPA designation an asset.
- Expected travel 10-15%.
