About the Role

As a Store Manager at Starbucks, you will be responsible for driving business success by making strategic decisions that impact store operations, customer experience, and team performance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Grow a successful, multi-million dollar business by leveraging your business acumen, efficiency, and problem-solving skills to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Store Operations: Manage store operations, including inventory management, supply chain logistics, and employee scheduling to ensure seamless customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and motivate your team to achieve sales targets, provide excellent customer service, and maintain a positive store environment.
  • Community Engagement: Integrate your business with the community to create better moments in people's lives, from our partners to our customers, communities, and planet.
Requirements
  • 3 years retail/customer service management experience
  • Entrepreneurial mentality with experience in a sales-focused environment
  • Legal documentation establishing your identity and eligibility to be legally employed in the country in which you apply
  • Ability to work full time, including variable hours, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays
