Key Responsibilities- Production Planning: Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer demand and ensure efficient use of resources.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and train a team of baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to produce high-quality products.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that our products meet our high standards and identify areas for improvement.
- Inventory Management: Requisition and manage inventory of materials, equipment, and supplies to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and in good working order to prevent downtime and ensure efficient production.
- Staff Development: Identify training needs and develop training programs to ensure that staff have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery or food production environment
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
