Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Trochu Family Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing and baking a variety of sweet and savory goods.
Key Responsibilities:- Recipe Execution: Prepare dough, batters, and icings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Inventory Management: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Team Supervision: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain high-quality products and efficient workflow.
- Staff Training: Train new staff members on production procedures and quality control standards.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all products meet established quality standards.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to maintain productivity.
Working Conditions: This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
