Bakery Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at Trochu Family Foods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of our products meets our high standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Dough Preparation: Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Material Requisition: Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Baking Operations: Bake mixed dough and batters to produce high-quality baked goods.
- Team Supervision: Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to ensure efficient production and high-quality products.
- Production Scheduling: Draw up production schedules to meet customer demands and ensure timely delivery of products.
- Staff Training: Train staff on new recipes, equipment, and production procedures.
- Quality Control: Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards.
- Machinery Operation: Operate machinery safely and efficiently to produce high-quality baked goods.
Work Details: This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
