Our Team
Our Transaction Advisory Services division comprises financial advisors delivering comprehensive solutions (buying or selling) to navigate clients through the mergers and acquisitions landscape. This includes evaluating shareholders' objectives and strategic options, conducting initial valuations, assessing quality of earnings, financial modeling, preparing marketing materials, soliciting interest, and negotiating until the deal is finalized. We aid our clients in making pivotal business and life decisions.

A Day in the Life of a Mergers and Acquisitions Advisor:

- Business Development – crafting marketing materials and aiding in new mandate prospecting
- Executing active corporate finance and transaction advisory assignments
- Gaining a profound understanding of a client's objectives
- Analyzing various business factors such as services/products, clientele, suppliers, geographic scope, competitive landscape, and historical performance
- Utilizing business, accounting, finance, and analytical skills in assignments (e.g., financial trends, modeling, ratio analysis, financial statement analysis, etc.)
- Collaborating with clients and internal senior executives to prepare: comprehensive industry and competition research, financial data normalization, integrated financial models, due diligence efforts, marketing presentations, potential buyer lists, facilitating discussions among various stakeholders, assisting clients during negotiations and transaction closures, and collaborating with legal advisors for agreement reviews and disclosure schedule preparation.

What We Are Looking For:

- A minimum of two years of relevant professional experience, ideally in corporate finance, investment banking, transaction services, or audit
- An undergraduate or graduate degree, particularly in accounting, finance, or business administration, along with at least one financial or accounting designation (CPA, CA, CFA)
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word presentation functions
- A strong work ethic and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Skills in preparing integrated financial models and valuation analyses
- Proficiency in research tools to extract relevant explanatory text for business development and transaction advisory services
- Excellent interpersonal and teamwork abilities under time constraints
- Strong financial and accounting acumen
- Experience in financial services and the capability to manage multiple projects and complex concepts
