Position Overview
We are on the lookout for an experienced Process Engineer III to become a vital part of our Advanced Technology team. The successful candidate will possess a robust background in mechanical engineering and a demonstrated history of designing manufacturing systems. This role offers the chance to work cross-functionally to incorporate innovative technologies that enhance our design and manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration of technology and facilitate knowledge transfer within your area of expertise.
  • Initiate and execute technical projects aimed at developing new or enhanced technologies.
  • Conduct comprehensive engineering evaluations of new technology proposals.
  • Design and implement structured experimental plans to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Apply engineering principles, theories, and methodologies effectively.
  • Utilize structured problem-solving techniques, lean methodologies, and best practices to enhance product and process quality.
  • Work autonomously and manage complex, non-routine challenges.
  • Navigate through ambiguity with confidence.
  • Develop and implement manufacturing processes that boost capabilities and efficiencies, providing a competitive advantage.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders during key technical updates.
  • Guide and mentor technicians and junior engineers.
  • Comply with all aspects of the Quality Management System.
  • Exemplify company values, demonstrating integrity and support for corporate initiatives.
  • Adhere to Health & Safety policies and report any unsafe conditions to management.
  • Travel occasionally as necessary.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Qualifications Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • 3-5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD software and simulation tools.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and techniques.
  • Excellent root cause analysis capabilities.
  • Outstanding organizational, communication, and teamwork skills.
  • Solid foundation in experimental design and statistical analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
  • Experience in the medical device sector is advantageous.
