Job Summary

IM Mechanical is seeking a skilled Water Heater Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our installation team, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining water heaters in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Installation and Repair: Install exterior and interior prefabricated water heaters, ensuring all work is done to the highest standards.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring professionalism and a positive experience for all clients.
  • Documentation: Accurately document and prepare invoices and work orders, maintaining accurate records of all installations and repairs.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Prepare and maintain work materials and supplies, ensuring all equipment is in good working order.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Working at heights training, Occupational Health and Safety Certificate, and Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate.
  • Skills: Excellent oral communication, punctuality, accuracy, client focus, dependability, efficient interpersonal skills, flexibility, organization, reliability, and teamwork.
Work Environment

As a Water Heater Installation Specialist with IM Mechanical, you will work in a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to handle heavy loads and work in a variety of settings, including installation and service/clean environments.
