Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Client Associate. As a key member of our investment counselling team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the daily operations of our high-net-worth clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and resolve client inquiries and administrative errors in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide support to the investment counselling team in maintaining client portfolios and ensuring accurate and timely trade processing
  • Manage client account openings and documentation, as well as maintain client cash flows and balances
  • Maintain accurate records and files, and attend client meetings as required
  • Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role in the investment industry
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines

The expected salary range for this position is $41,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status.
