Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Private Client Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and supporting the Investment Counsellor in daily portfolio maintenance and administration.

Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve client inquiries and administrative errors in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support the administrative activities and responsibilities of the team, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Process trades accurately and efficiently, meeting tight deadlines.
  • Manage client account openings, documentation, and cash flows, maintaining accurate records and files.
  • Attend client meetings and provide exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Proactively assist with client management of appointments and scheduled meetings/calls.
  • Stay up-to-date with RBC policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and adherence.
  • Collaborate with other team members to strengthen cross-business working relationships.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role in the investment industry.
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work under high pressure and meet deadlines.

RBC offers a competitive salary range of $41,000 - $60,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. Additionally, you have the potential to earn more through RBC's robust discretionary bonus program, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
