About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Client Care Centre Associate to join our team at HUB International Canada West ULC (Canada West). As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and driving growth through proactive sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound and outbound calls
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships over the phone
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored insurance solutions
  • Handle a high volume of sales activities with a sense of urgency
  • Navigate and resolve client issues with innovative problem-solving
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales or customer service
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a client-oriented mindset
  • Experience working in a call centre environment
  • High energy and enthusiasm with a competitive drive
  • Self-starter who can manage their own time and workload effectively
  • Goal-oriented with a relentless pursuit of success
  • Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Level 1 General Insurance license (or willingness to obtain one)
