Your Opportunity

Our Winnipeg office is seeking two Senior Accountants to join the Assurance team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Efficiently preparing year-end engagements and tax returns for clients in various industries
  • Performing audits on a range of organizations, preparing working papers and financial statements in accordance with regulatory standards
  • Building strong relationships with clients and responding effectively to their requests and suggestions
  • Participating in business development initiatives and identifying new business opportunities with existing clients
  • Communicating progress updates and issues with team members on an ongoing basis
  • Engaging in staff training and investing in the professional development of your team

Your Experience and Education

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Completed CPA designation or in the process of completion
  • 2-3 years of audit experience in the public accounting industry
  • Experience working in the non-profit industry and a desire to develop further knowledge in this area
  • Strong teamwork, client service, and quality in detailed work
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
