Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Mail Service Dispatcher to join our team at YEG Courier Ltd. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of completed time sheets, payroll, and other summaries. You will also maintain work records and logs, perform general office duties, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders
  • Follow-up on issues with work orders
  • Keep track of shipments
  • Maintain vehicle operator work records
  • Schedule assignments and coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment
