Your ResponsibilitiesAs an inspiring leader with a passion for our brand and a strong alignment with our mission, you will assist the Store Management team in enhancing store performance and fostering a collaborative environment among your colleagues to achieve retail excellence, robust sales figures, and a memorable customer journey.
Key Duties- Address customer inquiries and concerns with efficiency and effectiveness, providing feedback to the Store Management team as necessary.
- Proactively identify and resolve issues using available resources.
- Support the maintenance of store layout and visual merchandising, inventory oversight, and other operational tasks as required.
- Communicate clearly and serve as a flexible and responsible role model for your team.
- Demonstrate a keen interest in and enthusiasm for understanding the beauty market, our competitors, and our product offerings.
- Collaborate with the Store Management team to:
- Develop a customer-centric store experience by coaching Customer Consultants to enhance customer engagement through our products, campaigns, and activism, bringing our brand ethos to life.
- Foster customer loyalty to strengthen The Body Shop brand.
- Achieve sales and performance objectives.
- Identify and attract high-potential candidates while nurturing the growth of current team members, supporting the training and onboarding of new Customer Consultants.
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a genuine enthusiasm for the beauty and retail sectors.
- Strong communication and listening skills, along with demonstrated operational capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and provide suitable solutions to their needs.
- A positive attitude and a commitment to continuous personal development.
- Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and work flexible hours.
- Capacity to work independently with minimal supervision.
