About the Role

Clark Builders is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to support our Project Managers and Superintendents in delivering exceptional construction projects across Western and Northern Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support project startups, including tendering, bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, and permit applications.
  • Assist in project execution, document control, and closeout, including RFIs, SI, Submittals, Change Requests, and Change Orders.
  • Maintain the integrity of the QA/QC plan and facilitate, record, and compile meeting minutes.
  • Track productivity and performance, and adhere to Clark Builders' policies and procedures.
  • Support and grow ongoing trade partner and client relationships.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree, diploma, or 2-year certificate in a construction-related discipline.
  • 2+ years' experience working as a Project Coordinator for a commercial, industrial, or institutional construction organization.
  • Experience with Procore, Last Planner System, and collaborative pull planning is an asset.
  • Experience with various types of construction contracts.
