About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Knutsford Campground Enterprises Ltd. As a key member of our administrative team, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning office services, implementing new administrative procedures, and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, manuals, and correspondence.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Office Operations
    • Coordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
  • Human Resources
    • Train staff and oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.
    • Delegate work to office support staff and resolve conflict situations.
  • Compliance and Governance
    • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language
    • Fluency in English.
