Golderado Contracting Corp is seeking a highly skilled Project Coordinator to join our team. As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our projects, working closely with our team to ensure timely and within-budget delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate project activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including timelines and milestones.
  • Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deliverables are met.
  • Assist in the development of project proposals, including cost estimates and project scope.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, including identifying and mitigating potential risks.

Requirements:

  • Civil or Construction Engineering diploma or degree with 1-2 years of experience in civil construction or equivalent.
  • Strong background in heavy civil earthworks, road building, and underground utilities.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
