About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as an Early Childhood Educator Assistant at AA Future Leaders Daycare and Learning Center. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of our young students.

Key Responsibilities
  • Bathing, Diapering, and Feeding Infants and Toddlers
  • Developing and Implementing Child-Care Programs
  • Maintaining Daycare Equipment
  • Storytelling and Leading Activities
  • Ordering Supplies and Equipment
  • Assisting Early Childhood Educators and Supervisors
  • Engaging Children in Activities
  • Guiding Children in Proper Eating, Dressing, and Toilet Habits
  • Observing Children for Signs of Potential Learning or Behavioral Problems
  • Preparing Reports for Parents, Guardians, or Supervisors
  • Supervising and Coordinating Activities of Other Early Childhood Educators and Assistants
Requirements
  • Secondary (High) School Graduation Certificate
  • 7 Months to Less Than 1 Year of Experience
  • Child Development Assistant (ECE Level 1) Certificate
  • Criminal Record Check
Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a work term of 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English, and we welcome applicants who are punctual, dependable, flexible, and have strong interpersonal awareness.
