Key Responsibilities

  • Implement shrinkage reduction strategies at the store level
  • Oversee and minimize district shrinkage
  • Educate Store Management and Associates on loss prevention matters
  • Foster internal and external partnerships
  • Administer budgets and manage expenses
  • Conduct and assist with internal investigations
  • Exhibit project management and personnel management capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • Post-secondary diploma or degree is an asset
  • At least three years of pertinent experience
  • Provincial security license may be necessary
  • In-depth understanding of loss prevention and retail operations
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in computer applications, including word processing and spreadsheet software

Compensation

Salary Range: $$85,430 - $129,188*
