Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Laval, QC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for maintaining existing client relationships, fostering new connections, and providing exceptional customer service.
About Our ClientOur client is a leading industrial distribution business with a strong presence in the market for over 50 years. They have a large distribution network with multiple locations across Canada and are known for their emphasis on top-tier customer service.
Role OverviewThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Answering inbound phone calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Accurate order entry and coordination with other departments
- Providing sales and customer support to the Outside Sales team
Candidate Requirements:
- Previous inside sales or customer service experience, ideally within a distribution or wholesale type of business
- Bilingual in both official languages (French and English)
