About the Role

The Assistant Store Manager will be a key member of our retail team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our stores. As a results-oriented leader, you will be instrumental in creating a high-performance selling environment that exceeds shopper expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by Example: Demonstrate a passion for our brand and culture, and inspire your team to do the same.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Establish a sales strategy that meets or exceeds commercial targets, and coach your team to achieve their KPI goals.
  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Experiences: Foster a sense of accountability for customer satisfaction, and ensure that every guest interaction reflects our core values.
  • Develop and Coach Your Team: Provide real-time feedback and guidance to empower your team to achieve their full potential.
  • Manage Store Operations: Oversee store inventory, visual merchandising, and loss prevention measures to ensure a world-class shopping experience.
Requirements
  • Results-Oriented Leader: Proven track record of driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences in a retail environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to connect with people at all levels of the organization.
  • Business Acumen: Sharp business acumen, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, delegate responsibilities, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite, KWI, POS systems, and applicant tracking systems.
  • Availability: Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
