Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and Train Staff: Lead and motivate a team of sales workers, apprentices, and stages hands to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, authorize returns, and sell merchandise to customers.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare sales reports, analyze sales volumes, and provide insights to improve retail operations.
  • Customer Service: Resolve customer complaints, requests, and supply shortages in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels, ensuring accurate stock counts and minimizing losses.
  • Team Collaboration: Supervise and coordinate activities of workers, manage cash, and supervise office and volunteer staff.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in retail operations or a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Environment: Air-conditioned.
  • Work Setting: Oil and gas industry.
  • Transportation: Own transportation or public transportation available.
