Job Title: Gas Station Team Lead
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Team Lead to join our Esso Gas Station team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff, including sales workers and office staff.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure that tasks are completed efficiently.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Manage cash and supervise office staff.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
Work Environment:
- Air-conditioned work environment.
- Oil and gas industry.
Language: English
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week
