Gas Station Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Gas Station Supervisor to join our team at Esso Gas Station. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our gas station.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff, including apprentices, stages hands, and design team members.
- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are meeting sales targets.
- Order merchandise and authorize returns.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
- Resolve customer complaints and supply shortages.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Manage cash and supervise office and volunteer staff.
- 1-2 years of experience in a retail or gas station environment.
- College, CEGEP, or equivalent experience.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
- Combination of sitting, standing, and walking.
- Air-conditioned work environment.
- Oil and gas industry.
