The Juravinski Hospital & Cancer Centre, situated on the Hamilton escarpment, is renowned as a premier regional acute and tertiary care facility, featuring a community emergency department, general medical and intensive care services, and a comprehensive surgical program, alongside the Regional Cancer Program.

The Nuclear Medicine Department across our three sites—Juravinski, Hamilton General, and McMaster—caters to a diverse patient demographic, including pediatric cases, delivering services across all clinical programs with a focus on Cardiac, Oncology, Neuro, and Vascular specialties.

In collaboration with fellow department members, the Nuclear Medicine Technologist executes clinical imaging procedures while fostering a patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Engage in various training initiatives and research projects.
  • Work hours: Monday to Friday.
  • Graduate from an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology training program.
  • Maintain current membership in good standing with the College of Medical Radiation and Imaging Technologist of Ontario (CMRITO).

As a condition of employment, candidates must provide proof of full COVID-19 vaccination to Employee Health Services.
