Job Title: Restaurant Host/Hostess

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Restaurant Host/Hostess to join our team at DRJ Group Canada INC.

Job Summary:

The Restaurant Host/Hostess is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a seamless dining experience, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns, answer questions regarding menu items and preparation methods, and assist clients/guests with special needs.
  • Seating and Reservations: Attend to seating arrangements for large groups, receive customers' reservations, and assign tables.
  • Payment and Transactions: Receive payments from customers and respond to complaints of guests.
  • General Duties: Perform opening and closing activities, attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and maintain a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Work under pressure and maintain a high level of organization.
  • Personal Suitability: Client focus, flexibility, initiative, and a team player attitude.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience: Experience an asset.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
