Qualifications

Work Environment

This position is based within property management firms, where you will engage with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and manage rental agents and building superintendents.
  • Negotiate or approve rental agreements on behalf of property owners.
  • Ensure compliance with lease terms.
  • Oversee support staff handling operational, clerical, or maintenance tasks.
  • Draft and manage contracts for property services, including maintenance.
  • Coordinate repairs, maintenance, and renovations.
  • Prepare financial reports detailing expenses and income.
  • Respond to client or tenant inquiries and issues.
  • Ensure all necessary business licenses are maintained.
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 individuals.

Certifications and Skills

Membership in the Institute of Real Estate Management is preferred. Proficiency in the following software is required:
