Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 2292211 ONTARIO INC. as a key member of our food service operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our food service staff, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and Coordinate Food Service Staff
    • Direct and oversee the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient and effective service delivery.
    • Coordinate the preparation and portioning of food to meet customer demand.
  • Train and Develop Staff
    • Provide training and guidance to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.
  • Quality Control and Assurance
    • Ensure that food and service meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular quality control checks to identify areas for improvement.
  • Customer Service
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
    • Provide exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Administrative Tasks
    • Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare food order summaries for our chef.
    • Establish and manage work schedules to ensure efficient service delivery.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • At least 7 months of experience in a food service supervisory role.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Client focus.
    • Team player.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced food service environment, with regular exposure to food preparation and service areas. The position requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
