We are on the lookout for a Logistics Operations Supervisor to lead our warehouse team.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
Employment Type: Full Time, Permanent, On-site

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and uphold company policies and procedures as outlined by corporate management
  • Deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a safe and healthy workplace
  • Provide ongoing constructive feedback to warehouse staff to promote their success
  • Engage with relevant departments on a daily basis
  • Monitor stock levels, inventory, and deliveries, ensuring quality control and adequate staffing
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and develop necessary skills within the team
  • Ensure efficient operations and functionality of the warehouse
  • Perform additional related tasks as required

Is This Role Right for You?

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Proficient in computer systems; knowledge of Oracle is advantageous
  • Forklift certification is mandatory
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Capability to lift, push, or pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Experience in the building materials sector, particularly with engineered wood siding, is a plus
