Your key responsibilities will include:

* Providing a superior Member experience through the identification and promotion of products and services
* Demonstrating perseverance in difficult situations by showcasing understanding to Members' perspectives and creating action plans to resolve their concerns
* Ensuring proper due diligence by posting all transactions accurately and timely
* Maintaining discretion and confidentiality to respect Members' privacy
* Participating in branch activities in support of expanding the Member relationship and growing our Digital Ambassador Program
