Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of 3-4 sales associates, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless store operations.
- Merchandise Management: Order and manage inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and efficient stockroom operations.
- Sales and Customer Service: Sell merchandise, resolve customer complaints, and provide exceptional customer service to drive sales growth and customer loyalty.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports, identifying trends and opportunities to improve store performance.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of retail experience, with a proven track record of leadership and sales success.
- Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service and team collaboration.
