Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and ambitious individual to join our team as a District Manager Trainee. This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in a rotational based learning program, lasting 6-9 months. The program will provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business, including store operations, financial planning, leadership development, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a rotational based learning program, gaining hands-on experience in various aspects of the business
  • Develop and implement process improvements to drive efficiency and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and support retail projects, including managing a micro district with a banner
  • Mentorship with leaders in the business to enhance your leadership skills

Requirements:

  • Possess a passion for food and a strong understanding of our core offerings, fresh products, assortment, and local sourcing
  • Have a solid grasp of financial planning and budgeting, with a focus on driving profitability and sales
  • Be entrepreneurial-minded, with a focus on sales, profit, and bottom-line results
  • Lead with integrity, valuing diversity and inclusion within your team
  • Be results-driven, with a focus on continuous learning and improvement
