Throughout this program, you will gain practical knowledge and skills across a range of critical areas:

  • Store Operations: Immerse yourself in the day-to-day workings of our supermarkets, understanding customer service, inventory management, and operational efficiency.
  • Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop your financial acumen by analyzing store performance, budgeting, and forecasting to drive profitability.
  • Leadership Development: Hone your leadership skills through mentorship, training programs, and hands-on experience in motivating and guiding teams.
  • Merchandising & Product Strategy: Gain expertise in product selection, display, and marketing strategies to enhance customer experience and sales.
