About the Role

As a Customer Experience Associate at Scotiabank, you will be the face of our branches, providing exceptional service to our customers and helping them achieve their financial goals.

Our ideal candidate is a people-centric individual who can connect with customers in a relatable way, taking a proactive approach to discovering their needs and listening to understand what they are asking for.

The focus is on providing a seamless customer experience throughout their journey, including:

  • Processing day-to-day transactions
  • Nurturing long-standing relationships
  • Contributing to branch targets by identifying and fulfilling simple sales opportunities
  • Being a technology expert and sharing knowledge to introduce clients to mobile banking applications and assist them in managing their banking needs

  • Build strong customer relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Uncover and solve customers' needs
  • Explain complex concepts simply

Requirements

  • Proven customer service skills through work or community involvement
  • Ability to assist in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner

  • Strong technical skills and ability to promote digital and self-service banking options to customers
