About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Support Representative to join our team at Co-operators. As a key member of our retail sales department, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support to our clients and agency staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and direct them to the appropriate agency staff, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, receiving and redirecting calls, and managing voicemail to ensure timely responses.
  • Obtain, verify, and record client information as required, maintaining accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Monitor and distribute incoming mail, email, and daily work lists to ensure seamless communication and task management.
  • Proactively contact clients to follow up on various activities, ensuring timely completion and resolution.
  • Process and deposit payments, maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide a range of administrative support services, including filing, faxing, photocopying, and other tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Assistant program or relevant experience is an asset.
  • General Insurance License may be required.
  • Customer service experience or related business experience is preferred.
