Job Title: Evening Houseperson
Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Evening Houseperson to join our housekeeping team at the Hampton Inn and Suites, Dartmouth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the public areas of the hotel are clean and tidy, and providing exceptional customer service to our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Focus on Details: Walk the assigned halls to ensure public areas are clean and tidy, reporting any missing or damaged items.
- Be Organized: Maintain assigned areas, ensuring they are stocked, clean, and crisp.
- Be a Team Player: Assist guests and colleagues as needed, including lifting heavy objects.
- Be a Housekeeping Ambassador: Greet guests warmly and assist them as needed.
- Be a Safety & Security Agent: Follow hotel safety and security policies, anticipating and reporting any issues.
Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you will need basic English communication skills and prior housekeeping experience. You must be able to safely operate equipment and chemicals, and be able to stand for long hours in variable temperatures and noise levels.
Additional Information:
