Applications are invited for the position of Senior Clinical Operations Manager at Six Nations of the Grand River Elected Council. This role is pivotal in overseeing the administration and execution of Clinical Care programs within the Health Services department.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Director of Wellbeing and will be an integral member of the Senior Leadership Team. Responsibilities include:

  • Strategic planning and organization of clinical care initiatives.
  • Management of client care services, ensuring high standards of delivery and operational efficiency.
  • Financial oversight and resource management to maintain budgetary compliance.
  • Facilitating continuous quality improvement and fostering a culture of professional practice.
  • Encouraging teamwork and collaboration among staff to enhance service effectiveness.

Qualifications include a university degree or postgraduate qualification in Health Sciences or a related discipline, along with substantial experience in primary and clinical care within a First Nations context. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to build high-performing teams.
  • Expertise in strategic planning and project management.
  • A comprehensive understanding of governmental policies and programs related to Wellbeing.
  • Strong financial management skills with experience in budget oversight.
