About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Coordinator or Project Administrator to join our Project Management Office. The successful candidate will have a strong background in project management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Management Office in the provision of services, governance, reporting, and oversight of the project portfolio.
- Assist Project Managers/Scrum Masters in the delivery of waterfall and agile projects.
- Prepare presentations, status reports, budgets, and capture actual costs as needed.
- Update and contribute content to project artefacts, including RAID logs, project schedules, project plans, business cases, test plans, status reports, user stories, tasks, blockers, and other documentation.
- Document process and procedures detailing project management processes, methods, tools, guidelines.
- Responsible for executive reporting, including taking minutes of meetings and milestone tracking.
- Act as liaison to organize workshops, meetings, and focus groups and communicate with cross-functional stakeholders on key findings.
- Establish and maintain collaboration tools (TEAMS, JIRA, SharePoint, etc.).
- Support the PMO and respective projects in ensuring compliance to standards, guidelines, and best practices.
What We Offer
Peoples Trust offers a competitive annual salary and discretionary profit share opportunity. Salary for this position will vary between $65,000 and $80,000 per year, depending on the knowledge, skills, abilities, and experience of the chosen candidate.
