Job Title: Freight Forwarding Logistician

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Freight Forwarding Logistician to join our team at GLONEX CANADA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless logistics operations.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Coordinate, assign, and review work to ensure timely completion and high-quality results.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of the organization to ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to provide clear and concise technical advice.
  • Organized and reliable, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Initiative and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Work Environment:
  • 30 to 40 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
  • English language required.
