Mental Health Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at Homewood Health. As a Therapist, Mental Health and Trauma, you will play a vital role in delivering seamless services and programs to our clients and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and evaluations to inform treatment planning
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans, including individual and group therapy sessions
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure continuity of care and effective discharge planning
- Provide education and support to clients and their families on mental health and trauma-related issues
- Stay up-to-date with best practices and research in the field of mental health and trauma
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counselling, or Psychology
- Registration with the applicable regulatory College
- Experience working with trauma, stressor-related disorders, and concurrent psychiatric and substance use disorders
- Knowledge of standardized and non-standardized assessments, as well as group dynamics and facilitation skills
- Experience providing CBT, DBT, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Mindfulness, Trauma-informed Yoga, Psychotherapy, and Counseling
