Job Title: Administrative Assistant

FINBLUE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
  • Perform data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
