Administrative Coordinator

FINBLUE is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
- Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas, materials, and follow-up actions.
- Perform data entry, data analysis, and other administrative tasks as required.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
