Key Responsibilities

  • Administrative Oversight: Review and assess new administrative processes to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Work Delegation: Assign tasks to office support personnel to optimize workflow.
  • Priority Management: Establish work priorities, ensuring adherence to procedures and deadlines.
  • Administrative Activities: Execute various administrative tasks to support the establishment's operations.
  • Policy Administration: Manage policies and procedures regarding the release of records in compliance with government access to information and privacy regulations.
  • Office Services Coordination: Plan and coordinate office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Budget Preparation: Assist in developing the operating budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Data Assembly: Compile data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Administrative Procedures Management: Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure efficiency.
  • Budget Control: Plan and manage budget and expenditures effectively.
