Position Overview

The Office Administration Specialist plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions at DESI BAR & GRILL LTD.. This position requires a dedicated individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and refine new administrative processes to enhance efficiency
  • Set work priorities, ensuring adherence to established procedures and deadlines
  • Coordinate and strategize office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, asset disposal, parking, maintenance, and security
  • Assist in formulating the operational budget while maintaining inventory and budgetary oversight
  • Compile data and generate regular and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Supervise and streamline office administrative protocols
