About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Supervisor to join our team at H&S Contracting Corporation. As a Sales Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of sales staff, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase sales revenue.
  • Performance Management: Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to sales staff to ensure they are meeting their targets and improving their performance.
  • Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and they are satisfied with our products and services.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement, and provide recommendations to management.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 5 years or more of experience in sales or a related field is required.
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Outlook and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Work Environment: This is a permanent full-time position, working 30-40 hours per week.
  • Language: English is the primary language used in this role.
