About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at Giorgio Armani. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our store.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and improve store operations
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and customer service
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in the luxury retail industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze sales data and develop strategies for growth
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • College or post-secondary degree in a related field, such as business or marketing
