Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Team Lead to join our team at the Armani Group. As a Sales Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales associates and driving sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer engagement
  • Provide coaching and training to sales associates to improve their sales skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales leadership role in a retail environment
