Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Metal Cabinet Assembler to join our team at G6 Style Cabinets. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in furniture assembly and finishing, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a similar role
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform minor adjustments and repairs on furniture items.
  • Prepare, sand, and trim components made from wood and metal.
  • Document information regarding inspected products.
  • Set up and operate finishing equipment or manually finish furniture.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Apply stains or finishes to wood surfaces as per specifications.
  • Utilize toners, highlights, glazes, or shaders to achieve desired effects.
  • Enhance wood surfaces through decoration.
  • Maintain cleanliness and polish furniture items.
  • Identify and mark defective components for repair.
  • Remove old finishes from wood surfaces.
  • Smooth out imperfections using wood filler and sandpaper.
  • Conduct minor repairs on furniture as needed.
