Position Overview

We are seeking a qualified Structural Metal Fitting Supervisor to oversee our fabrication and assembly operations. This role requires a strong background in metal work and supervisory experience.

Qualifications
  • Education: College/CEGEP
  • Experience: 2 to 3 years in a related field or equivalent experience
Work Environment

The work site is characterized by a noisy atmosphere, typical of assembly and construction settings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs and materials required for projects
  • Provide training or coordinate training sessions for staff
  • Plan and schedule project activities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Oversee daily operations of the company
  • Order necessary materials, equipment, and supplies
  • Supervise a team of workers and manage project workflows
Team Management

Supervision of 5-10 personnel is expected in this role.
