Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication
- Handle mail and other materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
- Oversee contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and electronic enquiries
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
- Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
- Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
- Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English
- 35 to 40 hours per week
