We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Shree Ambe Ontario Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
  • Manage the flow of information within the team, ensuring seamless communication
  • Handle mail and other materials, maintaining a tidy and organized workspace
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency
  • Oversee contracts and agreements, ensuring compliance
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls and electronic enquiries
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions
  • Procure office supplies and maintain inventory levels
  • Arrange travel itineraries and make reservations as needed
  • Establish and maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
  • Supervise office and volunteer staff, providing guidance and support
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in English
  • 35 to 40 hours per week
