Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Team Member to join our team at The Henry. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop in-depth knowledge of all food and beverage offerings, including menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
  • Execute food and drink orders in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring high-quality presentation and service.
  • Ensure that all food and beverage quality standards are met, adhering to organizational guidelines and protocols.
  • Communicate current promotions and offers to guests, enhancing their overall experience.
  • Handle cash and credit card transactions with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures, including the implementation of the 18 Steps of Service.
  • Assist with daily and weekly cleaning practices to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.


Working Conditions:

  • Hours and shifts may vary, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


Competitive wage negotiable based on experience.

Requirements:

  • Relevant industry experience an asset.
  • Serving It Right certification.
  • Excellent wine and cocktail knowledge.
  • Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
